Extended Introduction to Microsoft 365 User Training Course
Our extended four/five-day Introduction to Microsoft 365 User training course is an intensive "curated-curriculum" course aimed at end users of Microsoft's integrated cloud-based platform of applications who need to perform common tasks across an extensive range of the whole productivity suite.
This four-to-five day User course affords a more in-depth (and a broader) look at the Microsoft 365 suite than is possible with either our one-day User or two-day Advanced User courses and allows more time to really get to know some of the major Apps.
It does not, however, go into administration or configuration topics and those in need of such knowledge should consult our Microsoft 365 Power User course.
The overall intention of this introductory course is to take students beyond the fundamentals of the Microsoft 365 environment to more practical, collaborative and integrated productivity which utilises the potential of the suite's extensive cloud-based toolset.

There is a "Mix and Match" element to this course and it can, for instance, include working with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online at a user level over the first two days as well as gaining a familiarity with other apps within the package. On days three and four students can learn about applications such as OneNote, OneDrive, Delve, Forms, Outlook and Sway, document management and how the apps integrate with each other either as part of a Microsoft 365 Advanced User option or a Microsoft 365 Apps Overview option.
The Microsoft 365 cloud subscription service integrates many applications (new and old) and the number of Apps has increased significantly over recent years. This introduction course enables learners to get the most out of the Apps available at an end user level. Since the Microsoft 365 suite is continually evolving exact content may change.
What are the Microsoft 365 Extended User Training Course Prerequisites?
No previous knowledge of Microsoft 365 is required to attend this extended end user course. Ideally, learners should be familiar with the Windows environment and Microsoft Edge (or a recent version of Internet Explorer).
On-site Microsoft 365 Extended User Course in the United Kingdom
Our 'face-to-face' closed courses for Microsoft 365 are delivered as private events and afford more flexibility than off-the-peg courses with opportunities to tailor content to fit your particular learning needs. Your trainer will discuss your requirements with you prior to the course date.
These Microsoft 365 training courses are conducted at your workplace for small groups. You should aim to book at least a month in advance and starting prices are inclusive for up to six delegates (up to a ten maximum). We can attend anywhere in the UK (for overseas requirements, please enquire).
Microsoft 365 Extended User Course Cost
This four-to-five day extended End User Microsoft 365 training course costs £825.00 plus VAT per day (inclusive up to 6 delegates), with a further £170.00 per day to cover trainer travel and accommodation within mainland UK. More learners can be added for £50.00 plus VAT per person p/day up to a maximum class size of 10 learners.

Live Virtual Classroom Microsoft 365 Extended User Course, UK and Beyond
If you'd rather that your team learns remotely, these small-group Microsoft 365 courses are also available as live virtual, interactive sessions from the comfort of your own office or workplace. These live instructor-led courses are taught via MS Teams video conferencing.

Flexible Microsoft 365 Training Options
Learners will first take a one-day Introduction to SharePoint Online for Users course and a one-day Introduction to MS Teams for Users course to make up the first two days.
Following this there is the option to either take a two-day Microsoft 365 Advanced User course, or a two-day 365 Apps Overview course. The Apps Overview course gives a taster introduction to a wide range of the Apps available within the suite, whereas the Microsoft 365 Advanced User course provides more in-depth and hands-on end user knowledge on selected Apps such as Delve, OneDrive, Forms, Whiteboard, Yammer, Tasks by Planner and To Do and Outlook 365.
