With our in-house Microsoft Excel courses you'll become confident and proficient, whether starting from the basics (such as number crunching with basic math formulas, conditional formatting and sorting and filtering data), or you're ready to get stuck into data analysis and visualisations with PIVOT tables and charts, arrays, LOOKUPs and more.
With a per user Copilot licence plan, you can also learn about the mighty AI prompt capabilities of the =COPILOT function in Excel. For those with free Copilot, don't worry, we can still show you the formidable level of Excel support and help you get with Copilot Vision.

Excel is one of the more powerful and useful traditional MS Office apps, but often one with which people struggle most. In fact, having staff who are confident and proficient using Excel doesn't only boost productivity and efficiency, it can even be good for morale and self-confidence, and contribute towards a positive employee experience.
What are the benefits of on-site instructor-led Excel training? At FourSquare Training our trainers know that helping students to work effectively with Excel isn't just a business goal, it's also empowering. They're inspirational subject experts and software champions who promote enthusiastic adoption of Excel amongst those they teach. Before the start date they'll discuss your team's training goals with you, whether they're setting off as novice, intermediate or advanced users.
Trainer Experience & Knowledge: Our expert trainers all have many years' experience teaching MS Excel subjects daily. Live Virtual Classroom Microsoft Excel Courses in Oxford
If you'd prefer your team learns remotely rather than a trainer coming to you "in-house" in Oxford, our MS Excel courses are also available as live virtual, interactive sessions from the comfort of your own office or workplace. These instructor-led courses are taught via MS Teams.
What are the benefits of live virtual Excel learning? As we have all become used to Online learning (and live virtual meetings) it is clear that this format has some advantages over traditional face-to-face learning.
If you're looking for local Excel training, then you can't get closer to your doorstep than you can with virtual learning.
Our virtual Microsoft Excel courses cater for classes of up to ten, and benefit from engaging interaction with the trainer just as if they were in the room with you, providing hands-on training via live video conferencing that's enriched by live chat, private chat and sharing screens and documents.
Courseware will be provided electronically.
If you have a group, or groups, of staff that need Microsoft Excel training in Oxford, then running courses at your workplace (either face-to-face or virtual classroom) is a cost-effective option. Tell us about your learning needs and email us for a quote.
