You can choose from four different support service levels to best suit the scale of your organisaton and the volume of the support requirement anticipated.
Flexible SharePoint Support Providers With one of FourSquare Innovation's SharePoint Support packages you have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade at any time so that you can scale and adapt to any changes in the service level you require quickly. And, if you need more on-site support, you can convert remote support hours into on-site support hours with both our Gold and Platinum packages (terms apply).
The cost of travel and accommodation within mainland UK is included in your on-site support days and with the Platinum package you're even entitled to one free day of SharePoint training every three months which you can accrue over each 12 month period.
Each support level has a minimum term of six months.

Up to 84 hours per month remote support 2 day on-site support per month 1 free day of SharePoint training every three months. You can accrue training days over the year up to maximum of four. Free training days expire after 12 months.
