How Many People Should Attend Our Power Apps Courses?
Whilst the number of people who attend our private Power Apps courses is essentially up to you and depends on the number of learners you have (up to our eight per course limit), we encourage you to keep class sizes small where possible and recommend a maximum of eight learners for technical courses such as Power Apps. This provides a more personable and effective learning experience and allows the trainer to give individual attention to every student.
What is the Teaching Method for Our Power Apps Courses?
The teaching methodology for our Power Apps courses is Instructor-led training (ILT), which means that our courses are engaging, immersive, hands-on and interactive. With this participatory learning method your staff will retain information better, whether they're studying Power Apps subjects in-person or via live virtual classroom.
And, whilst we're happy to provide lectures, show-and-tells and drop-in surgeries, the ILT approach is by far the best way to bring your Power Apps know-how to life in a small-class-size setting.

Notes: Power Apps Terminology in Layman's Terms
1) Data Cards are the building blocks of your Power App. Each card is made up of fields which you can define, shuffle, organise and format. Cards can be fully customised or you can use predefined cards which come with baked-in data types (strings, numbers and so forth). Data Cards provide a highly flexible and powerful way of designing forms in Power Apps.
2) App Logic is essentially a rule-based and validated workflow driven by formulas and (according to Microsoft) can be used to provide data validation for processes such as, "Business process flows, workflows, actions and business rules". There are a number of considerations when it comes to deciding when and if App Logic should be applied to your Power App. For further reading we recommend the Microsoft article Where to place logic: Canvas apps, model-driven apps, Microsoft Dataverse, or Power Automate flows?. Its also worth mentioning that Power Apps is not the only show in town when it comes to logic-driven workflows and the Azure Logic Apps platform might also meet your requirements.
3) Pen Input Controls provide your users with a whiteboard canvas upon which they can write, draw and highlight. A simple use for a pen control, for instance, might be to allow a user to digitally sign an approval. Pen Input controls do come with accessibility considerations and are not usable for keyboard users or screen reader users, so alternative input options should be provided. For a definitive guide to Pen Inputs in Power Apps see the Microsoft article Pen input control in Power Apps.
