This one-day Power BI Online training course is designed for anyone who needs to work with analytics and insights extracted from single or multiple data sets in order to arrive at reliable conclusions, decisions and outcomes with intuitive visuals and smart data organisation techniques built from multiple data sources and data platforms.

The course is delivered on the Online version of Power BI and is a one-day, instructor-led event which will be conducted either on-site at your premises or as a live virtual classroom event via MS Teams. We will provide all courseware and reference materials electronically to use for reference.

Power BI Online Training Course Prerequisites

No previous knowledge of Power BI is required to attend this course.

On-site Power BI Online Training

These are corporate in-house training courses conducted at your workplace for small groups and are exceptional value and very popular. You will usually need to book at least one month in advance and the maximum number of learners is eight per course.

Our 'face-to-face' closed courses for Power BI are delivered as private courses for your delegates offering more flexibility than off-the-shelf public courses and topics taught can often be tailored to match your learning needs. Our trainers can attend anywhere in mainland UK (for overseas requirements, please enquire). On rare ocassions travel supplements may apply for Power BI training in Central London to cover additional expenses such as congestion charges, but we will endeavour to waive these when possible.

Live Virtual Classroom Power BI Online Courses

One-Day Microsoft Power BI Online Training Course Cost

This course is charged at £800.00 plus VAT and is available at this price for anywhere between one and six delegates. There is also a charge of £125.00 per day to cover the instructor's accommodation and travel costs to anywhere within the UK (for long distances travel time charges may also apply). If you have additional delegates you can add them for £50.00 plus VAT per person per day up to a maximum of 8 in total.

How Many People Should Attend Our Private Power BI Courses?

Whilst the number of people who attend our private Power BI courses is essentially up to you and dependant upon the number of learners you have who need to receive the training (up to our eight delegate per course maximum), we encourage all of our clients to keep your class sizes small where possible and recommend a maximum of eight learners for technical courses such as Power BI. This provides a more personable and effective learning experience for you and allows the trainer to give more individual attention to each and every student.

What is the Teaching Method for Our Power BI Courses?

The teaching method for our private Power BI courses is Instructor-led training (ILT), which means that our courses are engaging, immersive, hands-on and interactive, and thereby facilitate more effective learning and information retention. With this participatory learning method your staff will retain information better, whether they are studying Power BI subjects in-person or via live virtual classroom. And, whilst we are happy to provide lectures, demonstrations and show-and-tells for larger groups (plus drop-in surgeries for ad hoc technical advice and explanation), the instructor-led training approach is by far the most reliable teaching methodology to bring your Power BI know-how to life in a small class size setting.

How Long are our Power BI Courses?

Usual teaching hours for our Power BI courses are 9.30AM to 4.30PM with an hour for lunch and two short breaks morning and afternoon. This timetable is fairly standard across UK training providers and gives six hours of hands-on Power BI learning, which is an optimal day's training when it comes to comfortably absorbing knowledge, undertaking practice exercises and retaining information.

Courses are delivered week days, Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
