Microsoft Office Essentials Training Course

This Microsoft Office 365 Essentials Course is intended for anyone who has an administration, digital communication or office role and needs to get started with the basics of using modern MS Office products.

The Essentials course focusses upon traditional MS Office applications which are needed in any workplace setting including basic Excel, Word and Outlook training. During the day we also cover newer M365 products to get your team up-to-speed with contemporary working practices with modules covering Microsoft Teams and OneDrive.

If you would like to look at other Microsoft Office products and Apps during the course, don't worry, as these modules are not set in stone and you can mix and match to best fit your needs. For instance, you could swap out the Outlook module and replace it with PowerPoint thereby giving you a taster Word, PPT and Excel course as one example. Just ask us.

This is basic Microsoft Office training which introduces your learners to the fundamentals. Rather than going into any great deal of depth, the intention of the MS Office Essentials course is to give students a taster of each application that is covered whilst giving them the core knowledge needed to use the software at a basic level.

This Essentials Course is aimed at users of Microsoft Office 365 and Office 2021 but it can be adapted for older versions of MS Office such as 2019, 2016 and 2013.

There are no prerequisites for attending this course so long as your learners can use a keyboard and a mouse.

If you have a group of staff that you would prefer to be tutored remotely rather than having a trainer come out to you these small-group Microsoft Office courses are also available Online as live virtual, interactive training sessions from the comfort of your own office or workplace. These Online instructor-led courses are taught via MS Teams video conferencing.
