Microsoft 365 Identity and Access for Admins Course
Our Microsoft 365 Identity and Access for Administrators training course is a one-day, hands-on, instructor-led workshop. This course intended to teach Microsoft 365 tenant administrators how to maintain high levels of security controls when granting user access.
The event is delivered with a modular task-based instructor-led approach during which learners will become familiar with and gain a fundamental understanding of Microsoft 365 Identity and Access tools and how to configure them.
This Microsoft 365 course is comprised of 25% theory, 25% demonstration and 50% hands-on practical work.
Microsoft 365 Identity and Access Course Learning Outcomes
By the end of this training course you will:
- Be familiar with navigating around the pages necessary to configure Identity and Access in Microsoft 365
- Have an understanding of the options available and decisions needed in order to configure the Identity and Access features covered in this course
- Be able to configure the Identity and Access features covered in this course
Who should attend the Microsoft 365 Identity and Access Course?
The intended audience for this Microsoft 365 Identity and Access course is learners that are responsible for the administration of Microsoft 365 security features. The course is also suitable for learners who are Microsoft 365 administrators, or who have a technical background, and are in the early stages of adopting Microsoft 365 and that need to get to grips with M365 security considerations.
The course is not intended for Microsoft 365 end users or learners who have no experience of working with Microsoft 365.

Our 'face-to-face' closed courses for Microsoft 365 are delivered as private events and afford more flexibility than off-the-shelf courses with opportunities to tailor content to fit your particular learning needs. Your trainer will discuss your requirements with you prior to the course date.
These Microsoft 365 training courses are conducted at your workplace for small groups. You should aim to book at least a month in advance and starting prices are inclusive for up to six delegates (up to a ten maximum). We can attend anywhere in the UK (for overseas requirements, please enquire). On rare ocassions travel supplements may apply for Microsoft 365 training in Central London to cover additional expenses such as congestion charges, but we will endeavour to waive these when possible.
Microsoft 365 Identity and Access Course Cost
This one-day Microsoft 365 Identity and Access course for Administrators is charged out at £925.00 plus VAT per day (inclusive up to 6 delegates), with a further £125.00 per day to cover trainer travel and accommodation within mainland UK. More learners can be added for £50.00 plus VAT per person p/day up to a limit of 10 people.
Live Virtual Classroom Microsoft 365 Identity and Access Courses
